To be honest, I’ve never been in a gym and I’ve never felt the need to go to one. Nature offers everything you need for an incredible workout, either weight wise or for an intense cardio training. Just get yourself out there and explore your environment, I did so today and found this beautiful place not far from our house. That’s my natural stair master and believe me, after running a 5k (with 1x400m, 1x200m, 2x100m intervals) these stairs are terrifically deadly!
